Hi there,
What's the difference between " I should go home" & " I'd better go home" ?

Two different statements. I should go home, maybe you will maybe you won't. I had better go home is more positive statement that you are going to leave.

I should means this is what you're supposed to do and the best thing to do at this time
I'd better sounds like a good thing to do but not of a huge necessity.meaning u don't really have to but it would work out better for u if u do it
they're quite similar

"Should" indicates that it's simply the right thing to do.

"Had better" is stronger. It often implies a consequence, like a punishment.

People don't always make the distinction.
