Yes it is.

My father is a Doctor of Metaphysics. He is trained in hypnotising people.

Admittedly he has tried to hypnotise me but he failed because I would not give him control of my mind. He felt this while he was trying.

I have seen others hypnotised in real life for social entertainment and I thought it was very funny.

For it to actually work, I believe the patient has to be very trusting. And that is something I am not. Especially when it comes to my mind

Yes, my friend has been hypnotized thrice and now studies how to do it herself. It works :)

yes. I am a Hypnotherapist and the subconscious mind is the greatest healing tool you posess. Trust yourself to look inside and find all the resources you have. All hypnosis is self hypnosis

yes its possible to hypnotise others..
y others , u can hypnotise yourself too.
hypnosis is used in hypno therapy.
u can use this for yourself , if u want to alter your personality ..
for example - if u want to quit smoking , alcohol,
or if u want to be more positive in your life.. etc..
it makes wonders !!
