There is no set temperature. It is more like a range. If you are in air conditioning or cool weather your body temp can be down to 35.6 and can range up to 37.5 in warm weather. Temperature is controlled by your hypothalamus (that's in your brain) during the day our temperature changes...your lowest temperature is normally around 3am and your highest around 2pm. Also remember the method of taking the temperature can also affect the reading...a temp taken under the arm compared to one under the tongue can vary by a degree or so.
