When you start to exercise, your body is FIRST going to use the readily available fat deposits as a source of energy to fuel itself. If your only problem area is the love handles, then your body will essentially use up the extra fat before it moves on to any other cells. Now once the handles are gone I would stick to a light impact regimen and concentrate moreso on the toning instead of high intensity cardio. Maybe try light 30-min walks a few days a week but nothing too strenuous. But definitely your love handles will be the first to go if you're not really storing fat in any other areas.

all and sundry is diverse yet, i became at my heaviest 220lbs and an entire C, practically D cup. I have lost and that i'm now 147 and am an A cup. I dont ideas being an A cup and my boobs were the stunning component i assumed about even as i became heavier. i only had to be smaller all round, which i'm. I do ideas that they arent perky in any respect, I did have 2 little ones and breastfed both so as which could be why. TBH, i ought to easily concentration on being healthy, attempting to free weight in a healthy way and make exercising aside of your weight help experience. I did do exercising yet only reciently began extremely determining. So in case you could connect a health center, do cardio and weights. in case you do you've much better outcomes than I have had. Do chest routines to attempt to save your ladies. now to not sound shallow, yet I were considering getting a boob job. I have worked my a$$ off, breastfed 2 little ones and performance deflated boobs. I dont go with large ones, only go with them to be the position they must be iykwim. you'll free a number of them yet you'd be happier, have self-worth and sense good about your self if loosing weight is what you go with for your self. exercising has boosted my self-worth alot, i believe good and get any such hurry after a good artwork out. good luck, boobs are tremendous yet arent each and everything!

Do 30 minutes of cardio followed by 10-15 minutes of weight lifting. You don't go carbo deficient when working out for less than 60 minutes. Then after working out, eat a balanced carb and protein meal to replenish energy and building muscle mass - 0.5 to 0.6 grams protein per kg of bodyweight. Use light weights and go with 20 reps per set for five sets will tone your muscles, which gives you better endurance and stamina.

If I remember right muscle weighs more than fat.. so it should be possible for you to loose the love handles and maintain weight.. Prob gonna have to do weight training though to build up and offset the fat loss...

It's simple. As long as your calorie in-take is equal or more than the calories you burn during your exercise, you will keep your weight. That will also keep you in great shape.

Increase your food in take with your exercises.
