Well, it goes like this. Eventually, I found myself kinda refreshing when I wake up at 4.15am and start my study(or revision) at 4.30am. And I can write my essay better than ever! I mean, I never felt like this before. Of course I usually sleep at 9.30pm. Is this good? Or, bad? Just I feel refreshing.

I get up at about 1:00 am every day. This started, when I used to own my own business, and had to open it at four thirty..I would get up, and have my coffee, and enjoy the quiet of the morning..And now, I usually go to bed at arount seven at night, and get a whole lot out of my day..I don't know why, I just love it...it is good and as long as you are getting enough sleep, (I get about six to seven hours a night) then you are fine

well if youre not taking any drugs i see nothing wrong with this but i do think that if you still want to wake up at 4:15 you should go to sleep earlier because you need at least 8 hours if youre young/adolencent or 6 hours of sleep if youre older
i would recommend 8 rather than 6 if youre older than an adolencent

alittle of both. your body needs 8 to 9 hours of sleep,but sometimes you could wake up during those hours if you worry or know what you have to do the next day.

Good for you..use your energy for the good and I am truely happy for you. This happens spmetimes. For example, I went to bed at 12am and here I am answering your question at 4am...lol...See how it works? HAGD and TC
