You may want to have her iron level checked. A lack of iron in the blood aka: Anemia, often causes paleness of the skin. Being tired is another sign. She may need a little more of those green leafy vegies in her diet. ;) Be sure to check with your pediatrician before you make any changes in her current diet. Best of luck to you.

Parasites or worms can do this as well as anemia. Theres no "type of thing" normal about this Ma'am. If this has suddenly occurred then baby may have either of above.
Inhaling stale air or chemicals by accident, extremely poor air circulation such as windows being shut tight (when warm airs available) and no ventilation.
If she does not seem ill could always be parasites of some sort since they're always out there. Or might not be getting enough of some vitamin has been normally receiving. Give her some fresh fig pure. Figs kill intestinal worms.
Then again could be anemia and know cure for thats iron.
Going to a doc appears to be necessary.
Best wishes.

She could be coming down with something. there are a lot of bugs about at the moment. As with previous answers it could be the effects of winter but you will get the professional diagnosis to reassure you this afternoon. Good luck and give her a hug from me. My grandaughter is 3 and had several ailments this winter roll on the warmer weather!

You're already doing the right thing by taking her to the doctor...best to wait and get a professional opinion where babies are concerned.

It's probably because she hasn't seen much sun or even daylight recently. It is winter after all.
If she were anaemic you would already know as she would be listless and tired the whole time, so it's not that.

she might be dehydration or low on iron or something else might be wrong with her. So go and get her iron checked.
