Yes, because he is. God and Jesus are one and divine. But Jesus decided to come down to earth as a human being. That makes him human. Jesus can perform miracles such as turning the water to wine, walking on water, etc. But Jesus also showed some of his human side when his anger flared at the marketers in the temple trying to sell sacrifices. He is both.

And to answer the question how much of man and God is Jesus? Jesus the Christ is special because he is not 50% human and 50% God. He is 100% human and 100% God.

Catechism of the Catholic Church

464 The unique and altogether singular event of the Incarnation of the Son of God does not mean that Jesus Christ is part God and part man, nor does it imply that he is the result of a confused mixture of the divine and the human. He became truly man while remaining truly God. Jesus Christ is true God and true man.
During the first centuries, the Church had to defend and clarify this truth of faith against the heresies that falsified it.
