Hair fall can be caused by a myriad of things. Before you can treat it, you have to know exactly what's causing it. Too often, people recommend food or vitamins when perhaps that isn't the problem at all. If hormones or a thyroid disorder are the true culprit, you'd just be wasting your time.

The best thing to do is see a dermatologist. He or she can put you on the right track. You may be treated for a thyroid or autoimmune problem. Perhaps there's a medication you've been taking that has hair fall as a side-effect. If the problem is female/male pattern hair loss, Rogaine will probably be recommended.

Also, go out and buy this month's issue of Allure. I just read it today--they've got a fairly long very informative article on hair loss.

Stress is the leading cause of hair falling. Also hair dying and perms. Use herbal conditioners. The only natural way to control hair loss is by drinking 8 oz of water every day. Avoid junk food.

The main reason for hair fall is infection from inside the body.
so u need to have a good diet( no junky foods) vegetables the more the better, boil ur drinking water. ( u don't have to drink it hot just boil some amount for ur daily use, n let it cool n then drink 8 Glass or more every day. add olives, nuts, avocado, and walnuts to ur diet (but not to much). for external use u can use coconut, olive or almond oil on ur hair n let it stay for 2 hrs or more. the more u do this the faster u'll get the result.

Dont use unneccesery Shampoo and only use one fixed Shampoo forever and use conditioner and also use hair oil. you can also eat eggs to stop hair fall

eat more veggies, drink a lot of water and do yoga.
