with toast. if you cook the toast in the fry pan with a hole in the middle and pour the egg in the whole thats a good egg "meal" too.. or an omlette with lots of stuff you like.. for example mushroom onion tomato capsicum.. yumm. lol

If you asking what is the best for you health and diet wise - just the whites.. not the yolks. Yolks are the fatty part. Just cook em however you want, but with little no no oil, as oil will just put the fat back in there.
If you are asking for the tastiest - scrambled!

u have to boil them .
if u eat raw eggs, the substance called AVIDIN in it will act against the vitamin BIOTIN in your body.. it will lead to vitamin biotin deficiency in you.
u need not worry if dont eat too many raw eggs everyday.

Certainly cooked, and never raw.
If cholesterol is a concern, then just eat the whites and not the yolks.

Mush 'em, up in salad cream. That's what my mom does.
I don't eat them though, cos I'm a veggie.
But I hear they are quite nice
