Is it true that stress gives you white hair? And if so, why and what is happening in your body to cause this?

Several factors play a part in your hair losing its color. Age and stress both cause your body to stop or slow down the production of hormones that have to do with the pigmentation of your hair. Your lifestyle also plays a huge role in this too. Drinking , Smoking , and drugs will alter your body's hormone production. That is why people that drink, smoke, and do drugs look so much older so early in their lives.
