Yes. It is true. But only for very high heels.

The reason is that after wearing heels, the way your feet is placed while walking gets completely changed. the right way of walking is to keep heels of your foot down on the ground first and the rest of your foot. But when wearing heels, this method cannot be followed.

But at the same time, wearing completely flat is not recommended. Should wear small heels alwayss!!

Wearing high heels constantly has never been good for the posture, or the feet. So yeah, I would say that it has a negative affect on the hips as well.

ya.its correct.wn u wear heels,hip com out.so wear the simple shoes without heel.with confident walk and perfect dressing u can also look gud and attractive.mind it.beauty in the eyes....inner confidence will give you better charm and everyone will be attracted 2wards you..remember believe in you,wtever u r.respect own self then see every one will respect you

Yes its correct.But if u r wearing too long heels then only it will effect your hips.Its better u wear shoes or if u want to wear heels use short heels.
