I'm not 100% sure what you are trying to say.
From the sounds of it you weren't allowed to attend some type of Digital Photography Course for some reason and you want to know why.
There could be lots of reasons why you weren't allowed:
1) You didn't pay
2) You didn't give advanced enough notice
3) The course had a limited number of seats
4) You were too ugly
Your statement / question is like calling a doctor and saying 'fix me' and providing no other details
