Haha yeah, I guess it is normal to look at you poo before you flush. LOL. Because I always do, without fail. Some people might think it's disgusting. For instace, my sister thinks it's just not right to do that.
Mhmm. How are you going to know that you're having dirrhea (sp?) by not looking at your poo. Right?

Yes, it's very normal. It's as normal as looking at your pee before you flush. You look at the color. If it's too yellow, you gotta drink more. If it's red (blood) and you're a guy, go to the doctor. :)
So, that the same goes with your poo. The sink and float explanation is correct. The color and texture is important too. But of course you don't have to touch it.

Perfectly normal! In fact, you are supposed to look before you flush. I read from somewhere that ... If it floats, then it means that you have enough fibre and if it is a sinker, then you ought to watch your diet :)
