hey i was wondering what are the seasonal availability for:

a)chives
b)thyme
c)dill
d)oragano
e)mint
f)parsley
g)rosemary.

Most of the ones you listed can be found fresh at your local supermarket. You can actually grow a small herb garden this time of year with some good lighting and a warm window sill. You should be able to find all of these in dried form, although I would pass on the dried chives and the dried parsley. These two don't maintain their fresh flavors after they've been dried. Thyme, dill, oregano, mint and rosemary hold up really well after drying. Hope that helps!

pass, but if you go to your local market or supermarket they will probably have what you are looking for , usually dried or fresh... i don't usually have any problems finding what i am looking for.
if you wanted to grow your own, I'd buy a little window ledge green house thing....my sister loves to eat of all things cress,she grows hers all year round. i suppose if you provide all the right conditions they would grow....
