I am from the Philippines taking up Radiologic Technology. I plan to work in the US after I graduate. Anyone knows what my chances are in getting to the US with this as job?

Thanks!

There is a demand for good technicians, I think you'll find it easy to find a job and very rewarding.
Technicians who can calibrate, fuel cobalt, and set up surgical radiological equipment, make top dollar. After taxes and getting a few years experience you should be able to take home $750.000 a year. If you can specialize in some of the newer computer imaging stuff, you'll be in great demand. Try starting out with some well known manufactures (see link below). From there you can choose where ever you want to go with ease. Start researching manufactures and making contacts about equipment you think you want to work with now. Getting a work visa should be easy for a carrier with such a demand. Good luck, excellent carrier choice.

You could search and apply for jobs based on your qualifications on job websites like Hotjobs,Monster, Careerbuilder and Craigslist. You could also search for jobs on websites like Simply Hired and Indeed. You can find more information at http://www.pcworkathome.net/jobwebsites.html
