you should put a plan to yourself ( it is not boring , it is really effective) try to get up early , decide what you want to do (make a check list) estimate a considerable time for each, do not waste time in little works , sleep a good deal , put priority and work along with it.put a weekly plan , then a monthly one. Do not give up or be frustrated , enjoy what you are doing.

What I do is when I find myself waiting or having even a 5 minute moment to myself, aka-waiting in an elevator alone, I do squats or any simple workout/exercise that is appropriate for the situation. And if I have the option of taking the escalator up or down atleast 2 floors, I take the stairs. Little things like that add up in the end.

I am not good at saving time . I waste my time all the time . But when final exams come I really need additional time so I have to make some economy on time at those times.

Make a rough schedule of your day, what you want to do and how you can accomplish it. This will give you something tangible to see and help organize your time better. And a little organization can save a lot of time.

multi-tasking helps but if you really want to get that time in you should wake up earlier and do your workout then. and if you get time for a nap you can use more time at night to do other things, just make sure you get your 8 hours a night though.

sit ups in the ad breaks, when i run I take recordings of my lectures so i can learn at the same time. read the paper or whatever else in transit (when Im not driving :P), do the washing while I cook, meet people I need to see in lunch breaks or in between lectures and get them to walk with me while I do stuff and yeah generally just multi-task
