Fruits and Veggies are an odd thing. There isn't really a MOST important, honestly. Certain ones contain certain vitamins and minerals, so you're basically asking what the most important vitamins and minerals are, heh. I would say that Oranges are hands down the single best fruit, apples a close second. Oranges are super high in Vit. C and Potassium, Apples are a very good source of complex carbohydrates. Veggies, I would try for broccoli, and carrots, but again, it's a very subjective question.

Green Tea is good for you. Many studies have and are leading it to be connected with fighting certain types of cancer, and many have observed (though do not quote the credibility 100%) it to fight many other dieases, infections, high cholesterol, and so on. I wouldn't say there's any "best" brand, and I couldn't say for sure how much is too much.

Take one a day for men is a great start, balancing out your suppliment intake largely depends on your fruit and vegetable intake though. For example, if you eat 5 oranges daily, you probably don't need to be taking 1000mg or Vit. C per day. If you eat none, like me, no fruits or veggies, as said, One a Day for men, A Vitamin B complex (aim for about 25mg total, including your multivitamin, of the B's, and note that B12 is much less in these vitamins and should be.)

Flax is just fine for an omega source. It's not like many things with wide variation, getting the omega fatty acids is getting the omega fatty acids.

Some v8 drinks do, and some do not. Read the label. If you see a lot of vitamins, and 100% juice, chances are it's a good thing. But again, you don't want to overdo it. Taking handfulls of vitamins, with tons of fruits, vegetables, and so on is NOT reccomended. Remember, humans lived for millions of years without suppliments. And suppliment is just how it sounds, you're adding one thing, because another is missing/removed.

Also, as a male, if you eat meat, especially red meat, I highly reccomend staying away from any iron suppliments.

#1 All fruits & vegetables are important! you knew that lol.
but
#2 I go to the Coffee Bean/ Tea Leaf place to get a blueberry & pomegrante smoothie, thats really good and good for you. Green tea is full of antioxidents that you can get and you can get them from a balanced diet of fruits and green vegetables.
#3 As a guy I only count on one mineral I feel I'm not getting enough of and it's zinc. It's in seafood and even in your certain kinds of mouthwash, also in some cough drops. But if you have a WELL balanced diet you can get your daily dose without thinking.
#4 Flaxseed will give you what you want if you buy the whole seed and grind it yourself in a coffemill. Or you can take the fish oil. Thats good too. both would be better since flaxseed has lots of fiber.
#5 V8 does more harm to you than good, check out the amount of sodium in there and what your daily allowence should be.
Also, for every calorie you consume you must drink a ML of water, water consumption is a real key to overall health.

1.) Anything dark green and leafy is your best veggie. Bananas and kiwi are the best fruits because they have the most nutritional value, although only eat bananas every other day because they have a lot of calories.

2.) Any kind of green is good. It has antioxidents in it.

3.) I don't know.

4.) Yes, you should take flax and fish oils.

5.) Yes, V8 has 3 servings of vegetables in each little bottle. It is a great way to get SOME of your veggies, but not all. You need fresh veggies for the ruffage.

1. The more colorful the better antioxident it has. Berries, pomegranates, citrus fruits, carrots, peppers, garlic, onions, etc.
potatoes and bananas for the potassium.
2. The less sugar more natural the better. Green tea is only 'good' if it has polyphenol. Most commerical brands do not. Fuze does.
3. anything containing beta sitaserol saw palmento IF it does. Again
the colorful vegetables.
4. Flax seed oil should be good enough
5 yes V8 is good and does have nutritional value.

Daily vits would be:

A/D (you get them in a supplement together) 4000/400 iu

B1 300 - 500 mg daily

B Complex - each should be 50mg min in the tablet.

C - 1000mg daily (Its needed to metabolise other vitamins like B1)

E - 1000mg

Salt (as needed) - sea salt is best.

Potassium (as needed) - bananas are are good source of this.

(Salt and Potassium balance is recommended for general body function -- salt outside the cell and potassium inside the cell allows an electrical flow through the cell wall to enable the transfer of nutrients into, and waste out of, the cell.)

Minerals - a multi mineral is always recommended. Make sure it has a good source of Zinc (for male potency)

Folate - needed for metablising other vitamins and minerals.

Omega is easily obtained if you have at least 3 serves of fish per week, one of which should be cold water fish -- Tuna, Salmon and Cod are best.

Look for which product has the most meat content. The rice or barley will just be a filler used to make to kibble stick together. Barley may have a bit more nutritional value.
