where can i get permeate blue black hair dye that doesn't just show in the sun but under normal lights too?

i have been loooking everyhere! i cant find anything. garniar 100% color dosnt show only under a light and maniac panic isnt permanate. and raw isnt in stores.

Try Jazz it's the best.It comes in a pink bottle with blue writing on it.
