Like duct tape, only more useful. Don't understand where people came from? God did it. How did Noah get all the animals into the ark and put the kangaroos back in Australia? God did it. Not sure if stealing is wrong? Ask God's opinion. Wanna make people give you money? God speaks to you, and he says I should be given money. Want an army? God says these people are evil, evil, evil and must be killed! Feeling insecure? Talk to God about your problems. Want to do something without justifying it rationally? God said it was OK. Don't know the evolutionary history of a bird's wing or the eye off the top of your head, and are too lazy to google it? God made it. Is your sports team losing? God will help them get that touchdown. Even to the atheist, god is something, for the antics of God's assorted followers provide reassurance of his own intelligence, even if the atheist in question is an idiot in his own way.
God is the universal solvent, the theory of everything, the comforter when times are harsh, and the ultimate weapon. It almost does not matter if he actually exists because he is so real in the minds of so many people.

I don't know because I haven't seen or heard any credible evidence one way or another. i have my own beliefs, and I know others do as well. But when it comes right down to it, quoting the bible doesn't work for me. It's a book, translated many times. It doesn't answer the question to say that God is the author or that he guided the translators. If that's your proof of God, why is that any more valid than whatever I decide is my proof of my definition of God. It really comes down to "who do you believe is God?". That's a question we cal answer.

The mind cannot comprehend the allness of God. Enter your heart and experience God. "God dwells within you as you" We have union with God in unconditional love within our hearts. As the colors of the rainbow are contained within sunlight, so to are we all contained within the light of Gods unconditional love.

You my friend are in a very dark place right now. Are you going to tell us that you have never heard of God? God is in everything and is all around you at this very moment.
God brings His Son Jesus Christ to you for you to make a decision to accept Him or follow satan.
You need to open the door and allow Jesus Christ in. Then the answer to your question will be made.><>
