I agree with the right to voice an opinion, on most things but, That is not what made her a traitor! Also she lied on the pow's and then turned them into the guard or whoever when they gave her palm notes to notify family...Three died from her actions.... beaten to death. because of the palm notes she gave in front of the POW's...now you tell me she was still right!! and no apologies will ever make people forget what she did to them!

Strait up treason is what she did to those POWs in Vietnam. I say we should of at least put her in jail for a long while. I can't believe she is still allowed to run her mouth. I would love to see her go on Glenn Becks show.....I think he would make her cry.
"In law, treason is the crime of disloyalty to one's nation or state. A person who betrays the nation of their citizenship and/or reneges on an oath of loyalty and in some way willfully cooperates with an enemy, is considered to be a traitor." (Wikipedia)

I served in Vietnam in the course of the conflict. Why care about Jane Fonda, when we've a clean Tokyo Rose/Hanoi Jane as speaker of the abode!! that is who we ought to continuously be wondering about now!!

Let's just say that as a Vietnam Vet, it'll be a cold day in Hell before I buy her a beer. Too bad so many of my brothers are dead & Hanoi Jane is a multi-millionaire & she's back at it again. It would be nice if she gave some consideration to the millions of men & women who gave all to ensure her the right to spread her "truth"!

True freedom has no limitations on speech. Is there a difference between someone who protests war and killing and someone who raps out a song that encourages violence and killing between members of a gang? Jane Fonda's message may be wrong and her stance in the Vietnam War, in my opinion, was very wrong and misguided but shouldn't we be a little more serious about people in this country promoting violence? Shouldn't we be more concerned about producers of movies, tv and music that encourage the breakdown of family, society and government?
Keeping the flame of hatred for someone who admitted she was wrong 35 years ago is short-sighted when there are more things today that you should be angry about.
Watching your country going down the tubes might just be more treasonous......
PS. I have never heard that Jane Fonda was responsible for the deaths of three servicemen. If this were the case then that would be grounds for treason. Please someone list a credible source for me.
PS 2. Does anyone read? I disagreed with Fonda and have gotten thumbs down. No wonder American Idol, The View and Jerry Springer are so popular in this country. We Americans have become lazy, backward trailer trash that may just need to have their freedoms taken away so that they can miss the great country that once was.
As for the "tough guys" in this group, you'd probably sleep with Jane if given the chance not withstanding your beliefs. Phonies every one of you.

How can we forget her, she pops back up far too often. Her comments at the 'rally' in DC were an embarrassment.
