Just be very careful, and try not to worry about going to the bathroom. If you "hold it in" you'll be constipated all over again.
First, believe that the worst is over. Second, if you haven't already, get a wash basin and soak your bottom in warm water, maybe with some baking soda. Clean thoroughly. Cover with some zinc oxide, which will protect the wounded area.
Get lots of water, stay away from dairy products for a couple of days (except for maybe yogurt), and eat lots of fresh fruit. Karo Corn Syrup will help you get the urge, as will drinking a hot liquid in the morning. Prunes, prune juice or prune whip will also soften the stool. Raisins also do this.
If you can't "go" then the enema method might be your best bet.
Keep clean until the wound heals, and be sure to adjust your diet and drinking habits so the constipation doesn't happen again. See your doctor if it happens frequently despite your best efforts.
Good luck!

I am not an expert but I know a thing or two about nutrition. You are doing a good thing by taking in fiber and water. A EFA (essenial fatty acid) oil blend usually works, they are healthy fats that are amazing, and I will share those reasons after. A few EFA blends are: UDO's Oil Vega antioxidant blend Olive oil Safflower oil The one that I use everyday is Vega antioxidant oil, or UDO's oil. I take in 2 tbsp+/day, and this will keep your stools soft, colon clean, and regular. ( no pain) EFA's are amazing because, besides the help with constipation, they have amazing benefits including: -anti-aging -boost metabolism -enhance brain and nervous system function -increase energy and performance -reduce cardiovascular disease -strengthen the immune system -improve organ and gland function -grow healthy skin, hair, and nails -reduce inflammation -regulate body weight -protects cell health ( prevent cancers) It is very important to start gradually, if you take to much to soon it can make you nauseaous. Read the directions on the products, and it's always a good idea to consult your physician. Hemp Seeds are also great as they are high in these "healthy" fats and also have a great amount of fiber. Take in the morning or midday, as they naturally boost energy and can make it hard to sleep. The vega oil can be found on the webpage source below. Best of luck and feel better soon!

* Drinking a glass of warm milk before going to bed helps in easy evacuation in the morning. In case of severe constipation, mix two teaspoons of castor oil in the milk.
* Drink one liter of warm water and walk around for a few minutes immediately after waking up early in the morning.
* Drinking lemon juice mixed with warm water two to three times a day eases constipation.
* One or two teaspoons of aloe gel can be taken twice a day.
* A common Ayurvedic medicine for constipation is Triphala Churna. It is a powder made by grinding three kinds of herbs. A teaspoon of this powder taken with warm water or milk at the time going to bed is beneficial.
Keeping a good diet and excersizing regularly will also help.

If you're willing to wait several hours you could try a laxative such as ExLax. If you're not willing to wait, buy some suppositories. They look like a wax bullet, and you insert one into your rectum. Directions say to wait 15 minutes before emptying your bowels. You will be lucky if you make it to 10.

Lots of liquids. Lots of liquids. Lots of liquids.
To avoid it again.. Lots of fiber.
They say one needs a LOT of fiber to produce a nice loose movement that floats. Apparently that is a healthy poop.
Immediate help? Ex-lax... or, joy of joys, invest in an enema bag! The bag will guarantee immediate relief! hehe
