Best way to track opponents is with PokerTracker and Poker Ace HUD. PokerTracker imports hand histories as you play and analyzes statistics about opponents, and Poker Ace HUD displays the stats on your screen. Both are determined to be legal by most (all?) online gaming sites. These are better than most calculators because you can go back and analyze your play and the play of your opponents. You can go replay your hands and try to identify holes in your game.

Both cost money, but are well worth it.
