Bur Oak, because the leaves and acorns are so big. I like them because they are long lived also. Acorns are cool!

I love Aspens and Palms! There both really pretty, and both species can be found here in Utah, although palms are only found in the extreme southern areas of Utah with lower elevation.

Western Larch or Tamarack - Only Confier Tree (family - Larix) that looses it needles every year, just like Decidious trees. It gets a nice golden color needles during the fall.

So hard to choose only one, but it would have to be an evergreen. Possibly Pinus. Austrian Black.
