Now what if you were raped several times by family members. Would it be okay to abort the 5th or 6th inbred child?

To EVERYONE who does NOT know what it's like to have this happen to THEM. please know. this hurts. it's the worse thing anyone has to go through.

Oh sure it's easy to say keep the baby or ask why don't you leave or ask for help? unless it happens to YOU YOU do NOT know what YOU will do, no one does. you can ask for help but who would believe you? you can ask for help all the time. NO ONE will help you NO ONE. so before any one say keep the Baby put yourself in the place of the person who had this done to them. and before you send me hate mail. I Had this done to me. and I know what i would do I only wish someone would have helped me. BUT they DID'NT NO ONE cared. and I have been forgiven by God. and to me that's all that matters

Usually a family member who has been repeatedly raping someone, (youth I am guessing here), uses a threat to keep them in check so they do not tell anyone. However, that is THIER biggest fear is the victim telling someone!

If they were to be told on, this would stop, and the rape would stop. yes, it may affect the family in the whole, but this is something that this victim needs to report and stop before the perpetrator can harm anyone else! (possibly younger too! ugh).

You need not to abort, it is not the babies fault, innocence is kept by all means, if you can't stand by and raise that child yourself, there is "always" adoption, many a fine folk out there that would love a baby of their own and can't have one. Share your gift of life. Make some other couple happy and give them Peace and joy. There is also a thing called open adoption, I like this idea for the kids sake.

Look it up...but DO TELL, let no threat stop you from telling, they are only a "threat," big talk in hopes that they can control the victim so they will not run or tell! Good Grief, TELL someone...family members, teachers, friends, friends parents, ANYONE and EVERYONE until you find someone who will hear and help.

Why hasn't this been reported? Do you have any idea as to how abortions affect your body & mind? This must stop now!
In the Book of Jeremiah God says, "I knew you while still in the womb." God has plans for this child, He gives life God doesn't take it away. If you do not want the child you can sign papers at the hospital & the baby will be adopted out to a good family. You never have to see it. You do not deserve to be raped, no one does. Get to someone you know that you can trust & tell the authorties. You are probably not the only person he is raping. If you can't do it forself, do something kind do it for others. Abortion is MURDER, no matter how you may see it, especially the 5th or 6th one.

I disagree with abortion in most cases. However, to me, there are three things in which abortion is OK:
1. If having the child would kill the mother in childbirth,
2. If the child would not live past birth due to abnormalities (e.g. lungs on the outside, etc.), and
3. If the child comes because of rape (any rape, but especially that by family members). Adoption would be better, but in my eyes, since it was forced onto the mother and not a natural consequence of something she chose to do, in this case she does have a right to abort.
This is obviously the decision of the mother, though.

Personally, I don't think I have much say in an abortion. I'm male. So I don't have to carry the child. That makes it the woman's choice by default. After all, she's the one who has to live with it.

And, if I were a woman, I would want the choice, thank you very much. Oh, and said family member, just like anyone else, would be dead before he hit the floor. Glock vs. head. Glock 1, Head 0.

i DON'T think it is ok to abort any child be it the 1st or 6th inbred. It still has a life. You may regret your decision later and fill with guilt. Call the police and get some counselling to stablelise your emotion and straighten your thougth pattern. Remember there is a God out there who loves you and you are not alone.

I was raped by a family member and I couldn't decide if I would keep the child or give it up for adoption if I got pregnant. Abortion was not a choice. Nor would it be a choice with any other pregnancy.

In a world suffering from horrible global over-population, it is easy for intelligent, sensitive and truly caring people to see that quality of life outweighs an unrealistic goal of "life at all costs."

Life at the cost of the child being fully and enthusiastically wanted by both parents?

Life at the cost of putting the child into a family situation proven to not only be dysfunctional, but dangerous? You really want to give that family-member-rapist another victem to use?

Life at the cost of the destruction of the world for the rest of us?

NO! well..it's harsh...but adoption is the way to go....

many reasons you shouldn't abort....
1)you feel guilty for taking away a life
2)you get depressed after abortion..
3)your chance of getting pregnant will be reduced when you do a abortion....

here's something.....

if you read this book "heaven is so real" you will find that God has the babies that people aborted during their lifetime. He is also very angry with them for doing that...

I am not sure I understand...Are you saying that you have given birth 5 times and the father is not only your rapist but your family member. I would like to know how or why you haven't fled. Obviously you are of age unless you are having these babies at home. I think abortion is always a woman's choice. My concern is why you haven't asked for help or left this situation. I could understand the first time...but 5 or 6. Please call the police or run. The children you have already birthed..take them with you don't leave them. Good Luck and be careful.
