I understand how difficult it can be to talk to somone face to face. There are alot of on line sites that have chat rooms and message boards. I'll put the links to two good ones down below. The first group is very specific, I think it could help you, please try it.

ABSOLUTELY THERE IS!!!!
go to this website:

I am always just an email away (seriously) if you need someone to talk to. I may not respond right away because I don't always have my computer with me, but I will answer you and read everything you have to say with no judgements.
Do you have any pets? My dog really helps me. He makes me feel so much better when I have to go into a social situation. He is so small I take him everywhere. He helps keep me relaxed. My little psychiatric service dog. :) We're both here for you. :)
Wow! I just posted this and then saw all the support you're getting!!! This is awesome!!! Smile!!!

Hello, and hopefully this advice can help you. You sound like you have a bad case of anxiety. Identify who the person is that makes you feel the worse and keep away but still be nice. Keep your self busy as in chores....this will build self confidence. Read books or go to the library. Perhaps, go on a daily walk or jog. Get out or escape from your environment that makes you nervous, you can be nervous in crowds of people. If you are, seek out small groups and stay away from those places that have crowds.
Also, but very important, seek solace in the Christian God and read His Book on and about life, good and evil, and how we should act and who we can trust.
Good luck and remember you are not alone.

I wish I could tell you cuz you obviously need help. I'm guessing that there is, but I don't know the name. Good luck. Life might suck sometimes, but you have to endure the bad if you want to enjoy the good. Supposedly, the good will justify the bad.
