We are 20 & 22 years old, we're not married -- just dating. Our 4th Anniversary is tomorrow and I've already gotten him the gift & everything.. but I was thinking of making it more interesting. I wanted to make it sort of a treasure hunt. Like when he 1st walks in the door... put a note stuck to it that says a hint to where the next note is. Then he goes to find that one, etc until the last one is the present. I also thought it would be a cute idea to put the notes inside balloons that he'd have to pop -- but they'd be harder to hide. Does anyone have any good ideas for hints? Has anyone ever done anything like this before? How about website(s) with ideas like this?

You'll just have to come up with not too tricky cryptic clues, like they do in the Amazing Race. For example, 'Your next is in a low cool place' (veg rack at bottom of fridge) or 'Only a smooth guy could figure this next one out!' (under shaving cream in bathroom cabinet).
That kind of stuff.....

Enjoy your anniversary!

wow niki is so helpful...
try something its not "fun" thing.

if you have the door locked? took his key.
somehow go to the garage. get a spare key. the inside garage door's locked.
goes to the back its locked, looks inside sees NOTHING in there.

see what he thinks? then he goes to the front to call you you give him a story yada yada yada and then he goes back to the front while your on the hood of his car. on the phone.
then you go inside

all day and he goes to bed looks under the covers or in his droor and hey? whats that?

i have no clue.
its doesnt make anysince.

hey i guess mines as good as niki's is huh?
