Just mention that there's this really nice restaurant you want to go to, but that it'd be really awkward if went alone, so ask him if he wants come along, and offer to go dutch. If he's interested, he'll pursue you further. And, if he still denies being hooked up with some girlfriend, just believe him. You'll be able to tell eventually if he's two-timing you or just being honest.

My advice..if he has a girlfriend who he is denying...then you should maybe, maaaaybe try to let it go. I know that is hard to do because your obviously attatched to him but, he's not playing fair and someone is going to end up hurt and that could very easily be you. If you get to hang out with him thats cool and all..so, I would just keep it at that until he is actually honest with you about his girlfriend situation. He may just be using you to feel better about possibly a bad relationship situation..like maybe hes bored with her or they fight a lot. You and him most likely wont get anywhere until he's single..and that may be a long time from now. You deserve a guy who can give you himself 100% and not keep you as the "side-line" girl. Beleive me...
good luck!

Well, if he actually has a girlfriend, u may wanna stay away from him!! But if you wanna go for it, during your hanging out times, just bring up the idea of doing something casual together; like checking out a new restaurant that you have been dying to go but no one to go with..start from there and if he is really serious with you, don't worry, it will progress naturally!!

Unless you are into getting hurt, don't ask him out. He is NOT available. If he decides to end his relationship with his current girlfriend then you can say something.Flirting is natural with outgoing people. But hooking up with someone who is already in a relationship is just asking for trouble. You may even lose his friendship. Is it worth losing him altogether for a date?

uhh, if he so easily is there for you seeing another lady, he will end up using you like the girl he is currently seeing. Just stay as friendships, and respect the other girl he is seeing. Wait till the relationship ends. Don't be a hoe

Just ask him what his plans are for the weekend. If he says not much then ask him to catch a movie with you. If he's not sure then hes taken. He might have to check what his gf has planned first.
