I found this online group of AA that might be what you're looking for (http://alcoholicsanonymous.9f.com/aalinkspagetwo.htm#Chat%20and%20online%20meetings) but you might also do some searches on groups.yahoo.com, groups.google.com or groups.msn.com. All of the three biggest web portals have groups and I suspect there are several 11th step ones.
