Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic."

I like the 94% fat free popcorn. You can eat 2 cups for just 60 calories. That's a great snack. Another great snack is fruit. It doesn't fill you up, but the healthy sugar in fruit will give you a boost. Finally, my personal new favorite is baked toastito scoops with 1/4 cup Safeway Select Salsa. It's only about 150 calories for 1 cup of chips and 1/4 cup salas.

Protein make a person fill full. Try adding more meat like a salad with chicken or a protein bar.
Grilled and baked meat is best, also look for lean meat.

Also almonds are filling, water, and just eating slow.

String cheese, hard boiled eggs, cottage cheese, 1 tbs. almond/ peanut butter. I always recommend for a snack to have high protein/ some fat! That way you provide nourishing proteins for you new muscles and fat to keep you satisfied. Fruit, if it has high fiber will work, but i would have it with a tbs. of peanut or almond butter or a handful of nuts. You want snacks that keep you satisfied, not spur your hunger for a big meal!

This all depends on your idea of disgusting. Celery has negitive calories, but I have a hard time eating it plain. Also enough of anything will make you gain weight. Try water.

Celery and pickles supposedly have NEGATIVE calories because it takes more energy to chew and swallow them. Practically any raw vegetable is good. Stay away from starch veggies because the body treats them like a sugar - white potatoes, corn, stuff like that.

Diet sodas can be good because they fill your stomach.

Almonds and water.

A handful of almonds (roasted w/no salt) and a tall glass of water. I also throw in a low-fat string cheese.

It is a perfect afternoon or before the gym snack.
