rotate your protein: throw in some fish, maybe a bit fo tofu if ur up to it. When u have ur lettuce, rotate the vegetables u put with it: mushrom, capsicum, celery, cucumber, etc

Rotate fruit with rockmelon, berries, pawpaw...all acceptable on lo carb

for snack, a small amount of nuts or seeds like pepitas, sunflower seeds, brazil nuts, etc

Some yoghutrt is fine, no need to get lo fat cause they normally add sugar to it, but make sure its not flavoured.

Hot sauce...well, have to check the label to see how much sugar in it

good luck

I Dont really Think You Have To Go On A Diet... I Would have to Say Is You should go to they Gym, work out for about an hour and a half everyday for a week. Eat Regularly, And Within a week Of That Check And See The Improvments. If You Also Want Help With Losing Weight Use RV Rapid Weight Loss (Can be Found At Walmart For About $30)

Apples contain carbs. You need variety! All dark green veggies are great for weightloss, Try eating white meat (chicken, ground turkey, egg whites, lite fish like talapia or trout) for 3or 4 days then have dark meat one day ( beef, tuna, salmon, pork, whole eggs) Depending on the amount of weight you need to lose is going to change the food quantities you need to lose weight properly. All adults need protein three times a day I doubt you are eating three chicken breasts a day so you are missing proteins that your body needs to burn fat. You should have 4-5 servings of veggies a day and 3-4 fruits ( melons, citrus, and berries are the best for weight loss)each day plus two to three SMALL servings of starchs (half of a potatoe, one slice of lite bread, 5-6 crackers each would make up one carb serving) Your body needs sugar but the natural kind if it doesnt come from a tree, bush, or vine for the most part dont eat it. Frozen (the individual chicken breasts have salt added be careful) and processed food is crap and it has mass amounts of salt which if you are weighing your self will affect the scale. You need to keep a BALANCED diet not a restricted diet.

You aren't getting enough carbs thats why you feel hungry.Kerneled corn worked for me.It quenches my hunger but digest as only a little carbs per volume, yet are keeping "space in my tract" A little false butter is cool on top. Yogurt is ok.Hot sauce is a drop in the bucket, perfect for diets.Keep in mind you are with little sweets,so you atleast have to have some starchy foods like corn. You gonna end up with the shakes if you are running on your diet when you exercise.Try tomatoes and mangoes in your fruit volley.

You are not eating very healthy at all!! You need to get more protein and fresh fruits and veggies and some dairy in there or else you are going to get VERY sick. And any weight that you lose you will more than likely gain back, and then some, rather quickly.

The best thing to do is to see your doctor and get a consultation with a dietician/nutritionist. They can help you choose a diet and foods that will work best for you while still maintaining a healthy balance.

Try some tuna fish with little mayo or just mustard... you need more veggies... do salads with fat free dressing (they have some really good ones now) eat low fat cottage cheese, Quaker mini rice cake snacks, oranges are great, stay away from bananas, grapes are good fiber... bbq your chicken and use sugar free bbq sauce or marinates...best of luck to you!!

Try adding nuts. Don't add too many. All you need is a few to keep you from getting hungry.

You need a bigger variety of foods for sure.

Check out this article for eating tips. It's better than so called health magazines.
