Where's a good foreign bookstore in Beijing?

I'm looking for a bookstore where you can buy English and Japanese language books.

there is a HUGE foreign book store at Wangfujing.

I agree, the foreign bookstore in Wanfujing has a great selection of books, quite a few stories at least, and a ton of educational material. Go there and see what you can find.
