my friend was chubby, 5'11 220 pounds, he started eating only brown rice, fish, fruits and veggies everyday straight for about 3 months and did weight training and cardio, now he is about 236 but he looks 40 pounds lighter, people thought he lost weight but he actually gained more weight. Does this diet do this to you?

No thats just healthy eating ...but it's all about portion control because if you eat tons of anything you'll get fat. And he probably snacked. The muscle mass proably made him look more cut.

it is the fastest thanks to get a deficiency. you extremely go with to verify you have become your protein and devour some end result and convinced, genuinely dairy. eating fruit salads are good and are not fairly intense in energy. also try including some tuna or lean poultry into your salads. verify your salads are not only lettuce. upload some colour, like tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, cauliflower, etc. i in my view did that one summer season because I grew to grow to be a vegetarian and that i grew to grow to be very weak. i did not extremely recognize what i became doing, and that i extremely positioned myself in chance. eating only salads for an prolonged era of time would not provide your body what it desires. each and everything sparsely, stability, and kind! good luck and want that helped.

muscle weighs more than fat smart guy. if you only eat rice your body would be depleated of protein which is the most important thing you get out of food to make you healthy and fit.
