Yes, which means He is talking to Jews. we know this because NOWHERE in scripture are gentile Christians told to keep the sabbath. This event will take place mid-way through the Great Tribulation and Jews trying to leave the country would have a difficult time because everything shuts down, even to the present time, on the sabbath.
The church will have been caught up to heaven already.

Col 2:16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath [days]:

The verse is, "But pray ye that your flight be not in winter, neither on the sabbath day."
Jesus is saying that when Christ comes he will be unexpected
"Winter is symbolic for out of season. Most crops are harvested before Winter. The emphasis for "sabbath" is to point out that the spurious messiah, the old dragon, etc. will come first deceiving the whole world showing himself as Christ.
Revelations are always given at least twice. Truth of the matter is the Bible is the Lliving Word. A pretty big puzzle.

Yes and the only place is here :Matthew 24:20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:
speaking about the same scripture doesn't mention the Sabbath in Mark 13: 17 But woe to them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!
18 And pray ye that your flight be not in the winter.
19 For in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be.
