Do you mean an estitition or a dermatologist? If you mean a dermatologist then you will need to go to medical school, which means a lot of science. If you mean an estitition, you only have to graduate from highschool and go to a beauty school.

You have to go to med school, which means lots of maths and sciences, and really, really good grades in them. Then you have to specialize in either dermatology or plastic surgery, etc. which will take another four to eight years after med school and residency is finished (usually about five years). So, in possibly a little over a decade, if you start studying right now, you could be such a person. Have fun.
PS Do you know someone with a lot of money??
