this is a low carb diet it really works I tried several diets that did not work and i also took diet pills nothing worked and i tried the carb diet, i went from a size 14 to a size 6 in 6 months. if you really want to lose it fast DO NOT EAT ANY CARBS FOR 5 DAYS and you will be happy you took my advise. I promise you you will lose at least 10 lbs no joke. you can eat all day long on this diet and lose weight. I love this diet and so will you. Ok. First of All You Need To Be going To The Gym Everyday And Have this Special Diet Pill Called RV rapid Weight Loss(Can Be Found At Walmart for about $30) Soo You Take 2 OF those before You Go To The Gym. When You Get to the gym You mainly concentrate On Stomach Excercizes and Situps. Than you Can Move on to the tread mill Go on that for about 30 minutes and Just Set it at a Fast walking pace. Then You Can go on the stair Stepper and The Bike. Thats all I got to say I lost 10 Pounds in 1 week And I Trimmed down alot, So This May/Maynot Work Depends Anyways Try it out.

Do your spring cleaning early. Scrub your house down from top to bottom. Closets, inside cupboards, I mean every thing.

Buy some veggies, fruit and salad stuff. Have some lean meat. Boiled chicken in chicken broth for you salad.

I use to do this 4 times a year to keep the weight off.

I put a piece of chocolate in the very top of the cupboard and at the end of the day I gave myself a treat.

My daughter cleans my house now and does her own to keep the weight off. She play in a band and wants to look trim and slim.

It's self gratification having a spotless house.

find a website that says how many calories u should be eating, based on ur weight, height, age, and activity level ... then keep track of everything u eat, i mean everything, don't munch or snack, if u have the urge to eat, aim for a fruit or veggie. Aim ur caloric intake for less than whatever amount ur supposed to eat ... for example, (i think its called bmr) lets say my bmr is 1400 calories a day, I will aim for 1100 to 1200 calories a day. Loosing weight all depends on the in take of kilojoules and out take. walking ( twice aday) try an intense session (80%) of power walking and a normal session.

food breakfast should have fruit, plenty of water

Lunch maybe subway is a good option

dinner salads and fruits/ vege.

pretty basic stuff but that's all it needs to shed a few pounds.

exercise and low kilojoule intake

well jus exercise a little more than u usually do and just eat healthy stuff when u r realllllly hungry...thats about as much as u can do if u don wana do anything extreme....

you know the answer to this one: diet and exercise. if you're serious, work out everyday, lift some weights (light ones) and eat less/better. that's your best bet.

do cardio and cut your calories...burn more calories than you eat and you will lose weight fast...walking or jogging will work good for a cardio work out.
