I believe the Antichrist is here now. Who he is, we don't know. Soon it will be revealed who he is though. Many will believe he is the true Messiah and fall for his trick.

Have you read the article how those in Iran claim the Antichrist will rise up and rule as it states in Daniel, for seven years?

If you believe in things like that. I don't. I don't think the end of the world is anywhere close to happening. The earth hasn't been completely depleted of it's resources, although they are starting to dwindle. Once the resources are gone, that's when the earth will be destroyed. But at the same time, we are also developing ways to replenish the earth, and by recycling, and keeping the ground clean, and being conscious of how much water we use, it can help cut down the wastefulness.

As for the antichrist, I don't believe in that either.

The Bible is VERY clear! The End Times will start with a generation of Christ's death! He even says this to Herod (Some are yet living....). If we look at the history books it is quite obvious what the Bible is talking about. The Jewish Wars. While they led to great destruction for Jewish peoples it eventually led to Christianity becoming the dominant religion and Christ "returning" as King of Kings. SO, if you are waiting for the Second coming - sorry - YOU MISSED IT! BTW. The Anti Christ was originally Caligula (616) but they changes the scriptures to read 666 (Nero).

The Antichrist is the person that Satan works through at the end of the age. Since Satan doesn't know the timetable of when the end will come, I believe that he always has someone ready that he can thrust into power, one he can control.

Therefore, I believe there is always a person ready to assume that position, but the real power behind the Antichrist will be Satan.

People have believed that the end of the world is near ever since the beginning of the world (or at least mankind's presence on it). "Wars and rumors of war?" Been happening throughout history. "Famine and earthquakes?" Ditto. "False prophets?" Yup...

Not only have people believed it, but people (some of whom believe it and some who don't) have used it throughout history to manipulate others, to make them live in fear, and make them "tow the line" ie, to make others submit to their authority.

It's happened all through history, yes, but it is far more prevalent today, particularly among fundamentalist Christians. Take a lesson from Chicken Little. The sky is NOT falling...

Bible Propechy is very clear on this matter. There will be many anti-Christ before the return of Jesus. And yes there are anti-christ here on this earth now. Many will try to rule the world, trying to dominate world power but all will fail, but while they are doing this they will lead many straight to Hell He will have supernatural power so how are you going to tell the differences if you do not belong to God? The Lord gives us discernment to know the differences.

The anti Christ is on earth. In the form of governments, leaders, false religion, hate, hypocrisy, racism, violence, corruption and immorality. These are all anti-Christ and they will be abolished forever. I do believe this.
