RE:
How should I mount lightweight picture frames to my interior concrete wall?

If you are renting a property and are not permitted to drill holes or you just don't want to make the effort, there are various sized plastic hooks that have an adhesive like " Blu Tac " ( a rubber sustance ) that you mount on the wall, allow an hour or so for them to adhere and then you can mount the frame. This adhesive does not damage the paint. The larger hooks can hold up to 5 kilos ( around 12 pounds ) of weight. Try a large department store. I have bough them in K-Mart.

You can get hangers from Wal Mart or almost any building supply---they are a plastic hooks with 4 tiny pin sized prongs on the back side and you just pound them into the concrete in one bam. they remove easily and work perfect without peeling off the paint or the plaster when you take them down. Been there and done it. They are not expensive and are white, if they are too thick for your picture you can use a little plastic tie wrap on the back to attach.

Use a concrete bit and drill a hole and put these plastic covered screws in then, put a wire on the back of your pictures to hang them.

If you do not want to drill holes in the wall to hang with screws, try inddustrial strentgh double sided tape, or industrial strength velcro. Good luck!

Use those special adhesive hooks...I believe they're made from the 3M company. They hold strong to the wall and they're easy to remove...you just pull down on the tab. I highly recommend them.
