Yes, a simple search at www.bible.com could have told you that (and I expect you knew the answer anyway). I'm not being facetious, but what's your point?

Yes. Right in the context of the verses after John 10:30, Jesus forcefully argued that his words were not a claim to be God. He asked the Jews who wrongly drew that conclusion and wanted to stone him: "Why do you charge me with blasphemy because I, consecrated and sent into the world by the Father, said, 'I am God's son'?" (John 10:31-36, NE) No, Jesus claimed that he was, not God the Son, but the Son of God.

The question is what does "are one" mean from the speaker's point of view? Does one mean same thing, one in spirit, or one speaks for the other and whose word is therefore to be understood and accepted as if the Father Himself spoke it? There is a big difference between the three. And, finally, how would you determine what the speaker meant? Are there three different words in the language of the writer/speaker, which if it were Christ could be Hebrew or Aramaic since they were both widely spoken among Jews in His area?

Yes. He also asked his disciples to be one (John 17:11) as he and his Father are one.
Did he mean he wanted them to morph together and become literally one in that sense the way most people believe Christ and his Father are one?

Yes, and the Bible also says that a husband and wife are one and Ephesians 4 verses 1-16 really explain that all of us should be united. It does not mean that my husband and I are one person or that you and I are the same person because we are working toward serving God's purpose as one.

Yes, He said that!
John 10:30 "I and the Father are one."
Right before that He tells us that NOTHING can snatch us out of the palm of His hand.
