If it is spreadable, put it in as a "frosting" layer in a cake.
I would probably work well with chocolate, like a Reese's kind of thing.
Sounds pretty good actually!!

I would put it in a double boiler and let it melt while stirring. Add some heavy cream half and half or even regular milk. For a normal size recipe of fudge, start with about a quarter of a cup of whatever liquid you choose, stir it in slowly as you stir. It should be stirrable but not too thin. Add about 3 tsp. of finely ground coffee (even instant will do in a pinch). And for the piece de resistance, add about 3-4 tablespoons of Kahlua
This will make a great fudge sauce, either cold or warmed in a pan of hot water over low heat.
Put this in a glass or metal container in the fridge (if it lasts that long), so that you can just pop it into a saucepan with a couple inches of water in the bottom the next time you want an ice cream topping.............YUM!

there's nothing you can do to "fix" it. Just cut it into cubes the best you can and keep them in the refrigerator. They'll still taste great. My co-worker gave me the simplest, most fail-proof fudge recipe I have ever seen- almost too easy to be true:
1 - canned frosting (any kind of chocolate)
1- 12 oz. bag chocolate chips
Melt the 2 ingredients together in the microwave (watch carefully). Pour into buttered pan, refrigerate until firm. It is best tasting, most RIDICULOUSLY EASY homemade fudge I've ever had.

You could shape it into a ball and then dip it into some melted chocolate for something like a truffle, but fudge filled instead! After you dip them place in fridge to harden the chocolate so they can hold the shape.

I am not sure re-cooking it will work. But I would not waste it as it would be very nice as a topping over ice cream and deserts, or even for caramel slice.

Add some nuts or coconut or both.. Don't throw it out. You could add more peanut butter and some confectioners sugar to thicken it up. i want a little bite but i know i can't have it.

Once it is cooked, there is nothing else that can be done with it. If you don't mind eating it with a spoon, eat it that way otherwise you will have to toss it.

Save it in your refrigerator - it's great heated up in the microwave and poured over ice cream.
