I've been dating this girl for several months now (around 4) and I am absolutely in love with her. She's everything I want in a girl; gorgeous, smart, and funny. The problem is that she doesn't seem to like any kind of physical interaction, although I'm confused over it all. We've had sex, and cuddle and kiss, but it's always me doing the initiating. She would never of her own accord kiss me or even put her arm around me; all I really crave is to have her reach for my hand to hold, or to steal a kiss, but I get nothing. I don't know what I should do at this point, because not getting physical feedback is making me fairly insecure with the whole relationship. Any suggestions?

maybe something happened in her past that makes her uncomfortable or she is shy about being the one to initiate anything. talk to her about it if she doesn't seem interested still find someone else. alot of women would love to have someone who loved to cuddle, she doesn't know how lucky she is.

whoa now, before you go jumping to conclusions consider this: I was in a relationship where I absolutely never did any of the initiating, it was just too much for me to handle. The situation is slightly different I suppose because I believe in saving myself for marriage, so all I will do is kiss anyhow, but it took me nearly 9 months and then finally one day, my boyfriend and I were in a fight and I just pulled him forward and started kissing him. I don't know why, but I just did. 2 Years later, he still does most of the initiating, but there are times when i will reach for his hand, or pull him close, or lean into his chest, or start kissing him, and he loves it when I do, but it still makes me a little bit uncomfortable, and I love him more than anything else. It isn't because I am no longer attracted to him, but only because it scares me or something. I am getting better though, and we are considering marriage which means I will have to get used to a whole new level of intimacy, but I think that will be alright eventually. Just be patient!

Have you ever sat her down and explained how you feel? She isn't a mind reader, and yes, some people do have a problem initiating physical contact. Just talk, and if she can't give you what you want, maybe she isn't the right one.... Good Luck!

It is possible that this girl was assaulted in some way and that she is unaccustome to physical contact. Just talk to her and tell her how much it means to you and if she just started with little things like reached to hold your hand you would feel better about your relationship and see how she responds. She's just shy. She's a girl, after all and maybe she doesn't feel comfortable initiatind physical contact. Try telling her that you like her to cuddle you sometimes.

she may come from a family where physical affection was'nt common. that does'nt mean she does'nt like it . She may just not be used of initiating it, or she may fear you think she is being forward.

That is a sign that she could have either been abused, not really into to you, or cheating.
