often, in my bathroom i find myself making funny faces in the mirror and laughing at myself (quietly). is it normal?

Ha ha - cute... Do you do it in front of any other mirror? In front of people? Do you get the sense that you're looking at someone who's not really you? Anything weird? Can't say whether it's "normal" - what's that anyway? Certainly doesn't seem to be anything to be alarmed about UNLESS it is causing you distress, anxiety or depression. If any of those - see your family doc. How long it been going on?

What is normal? That i have been asked many times by staff at the hosiptals i have been in. No one really knows what normal really is, so yes i would say that is pretty normal, you are not crazy, or nuts, cause you do that, a lot of people do that, so don't worry about it, just enjoy youself. cause you are not crazy or nuts, or mad.

You will have better results by posting this under the Health Section of the website. There could be real reasons to all of this and there could not be. Are you having a lot of stress or emotional instability lately? Any major life changes? If so, this could be a physical manifestation of the stress/instability you are feeling. If not, please talk to someone whom you can trust about this.
