Not only can you brush but you actually should brush your teeth after using the strips. The leftover bleach on your teeth should not be swallowed. It won't interfere with the whitening because that is happening while the strips are on your teeth.

absolutely the white strips works immediately and brushing your teeth wont take anything away from them working properly

Yes, I do it all the time. I like the flavor of my toothpaste in my mouth. It does not hurt nothing to do this.

yes, you should because you don't want to ingest any of the product. It could upset your stomach.
