Let's go with the obvious first... sleep. Sleeping throughout the week on a schedule rather than staying up and napping later on in the day is much healthier for you. Let's start with Sunday through wednesday or thursday night as your "work week" in which you will need the maximum amount of rest for studies and research. This leaves Friday and Saturday as your "social" evenings where you can unwind and have fun.

Diet..... What are you eating? What does your school offer for foodservice options? As a society we are in the beginning stages of finally realizing that what we put into our bodies is what fuels them. A diet high in refined sugar, alcohol and fat is going to fuel you only so far. Avoiding late night snacks, finding healthy options in your dining hall and moderately consuming alcohol will all factor into your energy level.

Exercise!!! I can't think of a better way to increase your energy than by working out. Even an exercis regimine that is as simple and light as a 30 minute walk a couple of time per week will help reduce stress, improve fitness and increase energy.

Balance:
College is a very trying and exciting part of your life. Balancing studies, friends, socializing, health and diet are all extra curricular activites that are not truly recognized by any institution of higher learning, yet at the same time should qualify as life lessons 101. No one is going to tell you what to do, but they leave this as a rite of passage to figure out how to balance your life for success. So please consider what you have going on and what your habits at school are and perhaps I may have addressed them here. Hope this helps and good luck in your studies!! -Porterhouse

For me, my energy started soaring when I cut back on red meat, started eating all organic foods, stopped eating fast food all together and cut back on sweets. I used to rely on 2 redbulls or a coffee everyday, now I need nothing. It's amazing what a healthy diet can do!...also, don't drink, smoke, do drugs, etc. Just pay attention to only putting healthy things in your body.

the natural way would be having a healthy diet...stop your vices, get rid of unhealthy things, don't rely on energy-giving drinks coz you might get immuned to them, making your body dependent to them, if you're really busy, give your brain some time to rest for like ten minutes and sleep 8 hours a day! xD

The Natural Way: Eat well and get more sleep.

The store bought way: caffine pills. but those come with side effects

I'm still considering them though
