I have to touch things with both hands and feet, and things in a line have to be perfect, and small things can bug me until I fix them, like if a word at the beginning doesn't have a capital letter. So, I'm really wondering if I have OCD.

Yes but remember OCD is a "spectrum illness" so if the things you mentioned don't impede on your life, then just live with them :) But yes, for all intents and purposes you would qualify as having at least mild OCD.

The symptoms that you are describing are consistent with some of the things that people with OCD experience. You may want to see your family doctor and ask for a referral to a psychiatrist to get a proper assessment. If this is something that is impairing your life and causing you emotional distress then it is definitely worth seeking help. There are medications and counselling interventions that can help. Best of Luck!

If that is all you do then be happy you aren't me. You have very mild OCD. Don't take medications for OCD because they will force dependency on you and will hurt you in the long term. See a psychologist.

well if it interfer's with your everyday living, then you may have ocd, i would go and see a professional about it and let them tell you. You really did not put enough infor. on here to really tell you if you have ocd.

You have some of the symptoms, but you should see a specialist to ensure a proper diagnosis is made.

I think it's depression. Not OCD. They make a cream for that. It should clear it up in just a few days.
