Me and this guy who i work with and is 6 years older than me have gone out on a couple of "dates" with. I'm really starting to like him but i don't want rush things cuz he doesn't seem to rush stuff like no holding hands or hugging kind of stuff yet. so that kinda makes me think that he thinks our "dates" are just get 2gethers. I want to let him know that i like him with out being obvious. what should i do..should i let it go with the flow or should i take a chance and ask him out the next time we are both off?

Try giving it alittle more time and if he still doesnt take the step then maybe you should ask him about what he thinks about relationships. Fish alittle before you jump in. I think you can pick up the rest on your own. Be patient though because there may be a reason that isnt seen yet. Hope that helps

Well, maybe there's something wrong there. When I go out with a chick, the first thing I think is when I'm gonna be able to hold her hands or kiss her. The first thing to figure out is to see if he sees you as a friend or somebody he feels attracted for. As I guy, I commonly give lots of signals about how attracted I'm to that girl, most of the time unconsciously. Pay attention to his reactions and try to figure out by his signals. You girls know that a lot.. you shouldn't be asking. Just don't act insecure or afraid of anything, bc you might push him away. But honestly.. if you got to that point and he still hasn't noticed that you like him.. there are three options: maybe doesn't like you; he is gay or too slow to make the move.

Introduce the element of physical contact into the equation in an innocent way. Bump into him while you are walking beside each other or gently push him when he tells a joke or teases you. Some playful wrestling will work after a while if he doesnt respond poorly to the other types of contact. But most importanly! Look him in the eyes! That says a lot and you dont have to come right out and say anything.

You don't get someone to like you. That is up to them. Be yourself and be honest. Go have fun by doing things that you like and that he likes. Talk to him. Does he behave as you would like and what does he do for you? Why do you have to Rush stuff anyway. You can ask him out if you want but I would "Let the Bee come to the Honey! Most guys have only One Thing on their mind but YOU are in charge. Good Luck

You said it was just a couple of dates, so whats the rush ? Just go with the flow, and do not rush it ! If you push to soon it may make you look desperate, and that is definitely a turn off !

Chances are this guy is still trying out how it feels like to be around you. He still have no idea whether he just wants to be friends or something more. If he is a bit hesitant, you might want to go "soft offensive". Let him know you enjoy spending the time with him but let it be a cliffhanger. Don't go overboard. If you do want to ask him out, make it someplace he'll be comfortable.

Just tell him how you feel, he might be feeling the same thing and is too shy to make a move himself. The age thing shouldn't really matter I was dating someone 10 years younger than me.

The next time you go out with him, tell him that you really like him, and ask him how he feels about you. Good luck!

Use Valentine's Day as an excuse to go out together, somewhere you pick. Then ask him about your situation -- are you merely friends, or are you boyfriend-girlfriend serious?
