I usually work out in the morning before I start my day. I feel more energized throughout the day when I exercise. I work out every morning. Some days I just do sit ups and push ups. But usually 4-5 times a week I do a full work out.

I workout 7 days a week at 7 am. I like to workout in the morning because you will feel energized and fresh. Plus I do diffrent bodypart everyday, such as upper body a day and lower body after. On weekends, I only do cardio, about an hour.

Whatever time is convenient for you, makes no difference.

i work out as soon as i wake up and before eating anything. If you do this it forces your body to burn fat rather than just burning off calories that you have eaten.
