Spanish. It is an interesting dialect of Spanish, where a lot of "s" sounds are silent. They speak a little more quickly too, so if you are a Spanish novice, you may find the language un poco dificil as opposed to Northern Mexico, where they "drawl" a little more, speak more slowly and pronounce the letter s.
