If someone is really raped, then that is a terrible crime and it is heartless for your next question to be 'so is she still a virgin?'. the question should be 'what can we do to restore this girl's faith in man and mankind and allow herself to reclaim the innocence of a virgin that has been stolen from her?'.
maybe this bit will seem harsh, but I don't include 'changed my mind once we got back to his place' or 'changed my mind half-way through' as rape in that sense, except in the case of a virgin of course, who truly may not know any better.
if you are dumb enough to get yourself into that situation, then just hope that you are also smart enough to get out of it without the guy having to go to jail for your change of heart.
this hasn't happened to me or to anyone i know personally, but sometimes you read about stuff like that and you think 'poor slob!'.
hope this hasn't offended anyone. i'm just trying to be honest (which I know is not a defence).

shes a technical virgin because she didn't loose her virginity by choice. But its a sad thing that she lost her innocence
