i always herd that if a guy makes a girl feel good, the girl "has" to give something to the guy to make him feel good in return, is that true? like if my boyfriend makes me feel good, so i "have" to make him feel good in return? like is it "manditory"? is the law? is it a crime if i don't do something in return?

Its about doing whats right by both parties. In other words if you want something to make you feel good then do something that makes him feel good. No its not a crime not to do something in return but it is pretty selfish.

No it's not mandatory to make him feel good in return. You don't have to do anything. If people are telling you to do this, or if he's telling you to do this, it's time to find a new circle of friends and a new guy.
