Anyone else have neighbors from hell??

Question

Got neighbors who the guy works for the apratments.. and he disturbs the peace ALL the time and they do notihng to him. Matter of fact, they even sent this idiot into MY apartment and I complain about him constantly!!!!! I dont know what to do any more. The after hrs dont start until 10 and it doesnt do any good, the security guards know him too.

Had a neighbor who called the city to complain that the fire department was burning lights in the engine area during daylight hours which was unnecessary and running up bills that were making his taxes higher. He yelled at an 8-year-old riding his bike on a dead end street when he stopped and put his foot on the man's curb for a minute. And he called the police (who came out!) when I shoveled show off my double drive way and got some on his property (he lived on the corner). He complained that I knocked snow off the chain link fence and it got on his winter onions. It was bad having him for a neighbor, but think what it would have been like to live in the same house!
Poor man had nothing else to do, so he was mad at the world.

No. The neighbors on one side have no small kids and never talk to me and their driveway is on the other side of the house. The other side is a small apartment building with 8 apartments, but the lady that owns it is picky and they don't bother me either. I don't care for neighbors that come over all the time so I like this set up. If I want to visit, I go see someone.

Call the cops and tell them the story so they can get past the security guards bullcrap and check it out for themselves.

My neighbors live 2 miles away. They can still hear me.
